Unless otherwise stated, all articles published in Virtual Economics are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0).

Copyright in all published material remains with the author(s). Publication in Virtual Economics does not involve the transfer or assignment of copyright to the publisher.

Upon acceptance of a manuscript, the author(s) grant the publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to publish, reproduce, distribute and communicate the work to the public as part of the journal and to identify itself as the original publisher of the Version of Record.

The CC BY 4.0 licence permits any user to read, download, copy, share, adapt, translate, text- and data-mine and reuse the material in any medium or format, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author(s), a link to the licence is provided and any modifications are clearly indicated.
